All products sold by Wicked Digital are covered by a manufacturers warranty, provided to you by the Australian importer. Wicked Digital will handle the warranty claim for you, and after receiving the goods back from you, will pay for all freight between Wicked Digital and the importer, plus freight to retrun the repaired item to you.
It is your responsibility to return the item to Wicked Digital, and we advise you to ship your item via a traceable and insured method. Wicked Digital will not be held responsible for lost or stolen goods in transit.
For products brought into Australia by Wicked Digital, it is Wicked Digital which will provide you with warranty.
If you are unfortunate enough to have to claim warranty on a product sold to you bu Wicked Digital, you must first complete a warranty claim form online. We ask however that you read our check list for certain items prior to doing so.
- Please check that your fault is indeed a fault. For electrical items, check power is on and all connections are correct before assuming a fault. If you are unsure, please call us on (02) 8969 6906.
- Any item returned that is not faulty, will incur a minimum $25 handling charge to cover freight to the supplier, and back to you. So, please check your item carfully.
