Wicked Digital is now offering IN HOME DEMONSTRATIONS of a select range of our products, to make auditioning our high-end audio products, more easily accessible for customers all around Australia.

You have told us loudly and clearly in our recent poll that an in home demo is preferred over a showroom demo (most however do not require a demo at all!) so we are making it happen in 2012.


How Does it Work?

When browsing our web site, certain products will have the above logo indicating that a demo product is available to you. A drop down menu called DEMO allows you to select a DEMO model to be shipped to you, or a brand new model.

When you select the DEMO model, you will be charged fully just as buying a new model, and we will ship you the demo unit for evaluation in your home for a period of 1 week.

After the evaluation period you return the unit to us for either a full refund LESS freight costs, or if you decide it is the right product for you, we will simply send you the brand new model.


Which products will be available?

Primarily it wil be our range of M2Tech Young and Vaughan DACs, Calyx DAC 24/192, FemtoDAC and CTI Amplifier, and Bel Canto's range of DACs and Amplifiers. Other items will added in time. We will not be offering in home demo on smaller items such as headphones, cables or smaller low cost DACs.


Conditions

All goods will be shipped to you in excellent condition and that is how we expect it to come back. Any item returned in poorer condition than when it left will attract a re-stocking fee of no less than 15% of RRP. If the item is damaged in any way, no refund will be offered.

As you are responsible for returning the item, you are required to ship it to us via a traceable method that is fully insured. If the item does not make it back to us, it is your responsibility and Wicked Digital will not be held accountable for any loss during transit back to us.

We will be shipping the demo items in either a hard shell road case or the original packaging inside another box, for best possible protection and to minimise damage to the original packaging. Both the road case AND the original packaging will be in a cardboard box which must be used to send the item back to us. 

If you accept all of the above terms, then we welcome you to enjoy auditioning some of the finest audio equipment available in Australia, in the comfort of your home!

Warranty Claims

All products sold by Wicked Digital are covered by a manufacturers warranty, provided to you by the Australian importer. Wicked Digital will handle the warranty claim for you, and after receiving the goods back from you, will pay for all freight between Wicked Digital and the importer, plus freight to return the repaired item to you.

It is your responsibility to return the item to Wicked Digital, and we advise you to ship your item via a traceable and insured method. Wicked Digital will not be held responsible for lost or stolen goods in transit.

For products brought into Australia by Wicked Digital, it is Wicked Digital which will provide you with warranty.

If you are unfortunate enough to have to claim warranty on a product sold to you by Wicked Digital, we ask  that you read our check list for certain items prior to doing so.

  • Please check that your fault is indeed a fault. For electrical items, check power is on and all connections are correct before assuming a fault. If you are unsure, please call us on (02) 8969 6906.

  • Any item returned that is not faulty, will incur a minimum $25 handling charge to cover freight to the supplier, and back to you. So, please check your item carefully.

Delivery Options & Times

Standard Deliveries within Australia (FREE!)

At Wicked Digital you have three options for delivery within Australia, our primary delivery method is via the Couriers Please national courier service. Someone will be required to sign for the delivery. If no one is in attendance at the time of delivery, a card will be left for you to call and arrange a suitable time for delivery.

IT IS STRONGLY ADVISED THAT YOU ARRANGE SHIPPING AT YOUR WORK ADDRESS TO BE SURE OF SOMEONE BEING THEIR TO SIGN FOR THE PACKAGE AND REDUCE ANY DELAYS IN YOU GETTING YOUR ORDER.

NO DELIVERIES TO PO BOXES AS COURIERS CAN NOT DELIVER TO ANYTHING OTHER THAN A PHYSICAL ADDRESS.

Orders placed before 10AM will be delivered same day in the Sydney Metropolitan area (Sydney fringes not included) at no extra charge. Orders placed after 10AM will be delivered the following morning in the Sydney Metropolitan area. All other locations 1-6 days.

Pick-up (FREE!)

Finally, you are welcome to visit our showroom and Pick-Up your order. We are open from 10AM to 5PM, Monday to Friday. Please wait until you receive a confirmation of your order being completed prior to coming to collect your order.
