The Etymotic ER-6i Isolator Earphones are designed specifically for use with the Apple iPod and other small portable music players, providing greater sound output and enhanced bass response.

The Etymotic ER-6i features a slightly easier to drive design than the Etymotic ER-6 (Due to a slightly lower impedance) making them more suitable for use with portable music players.

The triflange and deeper foam tips allow for extra ambient noise cancelling (30-35dB rather than 15-35dB) over the standard ER-6 model.
