Great site, and I'm impressed with both the service and how much you seem to care about your service. Too many online traders have absolutely no customer service whatsoever. I received my order today, and wanted to thank you for your prompt service. My recent experience was trying to purchase the same product from dxxxxxxhxxx.com.au and after placing the order I tried to contact their customer service. I made 15 attempts to call them in 3 days to no avail. After 10 days I received only an email saying they were out of stock and it will be another 2 weeks before they receive any more. I cancelled the order and placed the same order with Wicked Digital. I have the product in my hand 48 hours later. Very pleased and will purchase from you again.

It's a too well kept secret! I had ordered the item I was after with another retailer, who was unable to get it to me in time. I found you via the importer's website after doing a Google search. I'd never heard of you before, but from the time I placed my order to the time it was processed and completed was not more than 20 minutes. And the item is due to be delivered to my door within three hours (possibly less time thatn that). An exceptional service.

It was ordered on Wednesday along with a confirmation email to say that the order has been approved, then the quickest shipping (I had the product at my door on friday!!!) that I have ever expreienced. Thanks for the fast service and fuss free online trading. Sometimes I fear that online stores don’t have stock, but your store was extremely quick in processing the order with information tracking the progress. No shipping cost in Australia is great too. You should make that more obvious as it is a significant discount. Your store was 18% cheaper than the other store that I was considering, 14% was because of the postage!

I placed an order via the web with you late one night, the next morning received a call from Steve to confirm the order and by midday the same day had the items. I wish there were more online/retailers like yourselves – usually I check if items are in stock, get told they are, place the order and then get told magically there is no stock and have to wait days / weeks / months for items. It’s nice to come across a company who delivers what they offer with great service. Well done!

I came in Saturday and bought the [Sennheiser] PX200's from you. They are fantastic. Your store is small but jam packed with great stuff. Your website is also one of Australia's best e-tailers, in my opinion. The fact you didn't have to think twice before letting me try the headphones on and open the packet made my day. At [Major Department Store] the week earlier they wouldn't open any packages even after I showed them the trial pair were broken.
